Built in A.D.1443 in the reign of the Khmer king Borommaraja II or Chao Ponhea Yat (A.D.1393 – 1463), the last ruler of the Khmer Empire.
Located near riverbank of the Tonle Sap river, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
