ព្រះតេជគុណ ឥន្ទជោតោ ជាព្រះចៅអធិកាវត្តគិរីវង្សាបុប្ផារាម អាស្រមសមាធិសន្តិភាព ថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះភិក្ខុសង្ឃ និងពុទ្ធបរិស័ទនៅក្នុងឱកាសពិធីបុណ្យឈាបនកិច្ចព្រះធម្មាចារ្យ តេជប្បញ្ញោ ផន ភាព, គ្រូសមាធិកម្មដ្ឋាន ជន្មាយុ ៧៨ព្រះវស្សា។
