វត្តពាលញែកបានកើតឡើងតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៣០មកម៉្លេះ គិតមកដល់ពេលនេះមានអាយុកាល២៨៣ឆ្នាំហើយដែលកាលនោះមានព្រះគ្រូចៅអធិការព្រះនាមហែម បាន ចលនាពុទ្ធបរិស័ទកាប់ឆ្ការព្រៃ និងមានស្នាមដំរីឈ្មោះអាពាល បានដើរទន្ទ្រានញែកព្រៃនេះ ទើបដាក់ឈ្មោះវត្តពាលញែក ។

Established in B.E.2474, A.D.1930 under the leadership of abbot Hem Baan. As of today Monday the 13th Waning Moon of Āsāḷha B.E.2556, July 16, A.D.2012 year of the Dragon, this pagoda is 283 years old.
