Senator Thach Setha, Executive Director of the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Community, KKC, gives a keynote address during the historic national mourning ceremony where France ceded Khmer territory to Vietnam on June 4, B.E.2493, A.D.1949 until today. Kampuchea Krom is formerly part of Cambodia.
