The temple planned to hold a procession of the Buddha’s Relics, the Tipitake Canon, Sangharaja Jotannano, Sangharaja Vajirapanno, Sangharaja Maha Ghosananda, Emperor Jayavarman 7 of the Khmer Empire, Vipassana Master Bhikhhu Ketodhammo, Meditation Teacher Bhikkhu Dejapanno, and more. Due to rains, the procession did not take place outside of the vihara as planned.

The Kiryvongsa Bopharam Buddhist Temple, the Peace Meditation Center will hold Visakha Puja to commemorate the 3 auspicious events of the Buddha: His Birth, Enlightenment and Mahaparinibbana (Passing or Death). Visakha Puja is an extremely important day in the Buddhist tradition and also known as Buddha Purnima and Buddha Day.
