The Cambodian authorities violated the Constitution, Chapter 3, Article 43: Khmer citizens of either sex shall have the right to freedom of belief. Freedom of religious belief and worship shall be guaranteed by the State on the condition that such freedom does not affect other religious beliefs or violate public order and security. Buddhism shall be the State religion.
KKC is the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Community. KYAD is the Khmer Youth Alliance for Democracy.

KKC (The Khmer Kampuchea Krom Community) commences the translation of founded French documents on the transfer of Kampuchea Krom territories to Vietnam by colonial France in B.E.2493 A.D.1949 with participations by the Buddhist monks, Khmer Krom civic associations and France-based Khmer Kampuchea Krom Association, KYAD and MP Yont Tharo.

KKC and KYAD expressing our deep regret on the commission, which chaired by H.E. Long Visalo, Foreign Ministry Secretary of State, that cannot reach Khmer ancestral graves, where Vietnam newly encroached (occupied); did not dare condemn the Vietnamese people, who gathered to beat Khmer monks and youth on Khmer territory [soil] causing serious injuries to 4 people, minor injuries to 12 people and beat up one Khmer teacher causing serious injury.

១. លុបចោលសន្ធិសញ្ញាបំពេញបន្ថែម ឆ្នាំ២០០៥។ ដោយយើងខ្ញុំយល់ឃើញថា បញ្ហាដែលនៅតែមាន
ហើយបន្ដកើតមាន គឺដោយសារថា ពេលធ្វើច្បាប់នេះពុំមានការឯកភាពផ្ទៃក្នុងជាតិ។ មានន័យថា
ពុំបានផ្សព្វផ្សាយឱ្យបានទូលំទូលាយ និងពិគ្រោះយោបល់ឱ្យបានល្អឹតល្អន់ ទាំងសង្គមមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិ
បាល ទាំងគណបក្ស នយោបាយដែលអាចទទួលយកបានទាំងអស់គ្នា ជាពិសេសគណបក្សប្រឆាំង
នៅក្នុងសភាពេលនោះបានប្រឆាំងដាច់អហ័ង្កា និងដើរចេញពីអង្គប្រជុំសភាទៀតផង។
១. លុបចោលសន្ធិសញ្ញាបំពេញបន្ថែម ឆ្នាំ២០០៥។ ដោយយើងខ្ញុំយល់ឃើញថា បញ្ហាដែលនៅតែមាន

៣.លាតត្រដាងឯកសារ និង ផែនទីពាក់ព័ន្ធប្រទេសទាំងពីរកម្ពុជា-វៀតណាម ជាសាធារណៈ។
៤.ស្នើអន្ដរាគមន៍ពីភាគីហត្ថលេខីនៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទីក្រុងប៉ារីស ស្ដីអំពី បញ្ហាកម្ពុជា។ ព្រោះកិច្ចព្រម
ព្រៀងនេះ បានធានាច្បាស់លាស់ចំពោះឯករាជ្យ និង បូរណភាពទឹកដីខ្មែរ។
ព្រៀងនេះ បានធានាច្បាស់លាស់ចំពោះឯករាជ្យ និង បូរណភាពទឹកដីខ្មែរ។
៥.ប្ដឹងទៅតុលាការយុត្ដិធម៌អន្ដរជាតិ។ នេះជាជម្រើសចុងក្រោយ។

the problems that remain, and continue to occur are because when there is no internal
consensus at the time of the draft bill. It means that the draft bill was not widely and openly
publicized and both the civil society and political parties were not consulted that all parties
can accept, especially the opposition in Parliament then vehemently opposed the draft bill and
walked out of the National Assembly.
2. Establish the Supreme National Borders Council with the King as chair.
3. Disclose to the public on documents and maps concerning the two countries, Cambodia and Vietnam.
4. Request an intervention from signatory member countries of the Paris Peace Accord on
Cambodia with regard to the issue. This agreement ensures precise Cambodia’s independence
and territorial integrity.

APPEAL: THE 66TH ANNUAL KAMPUCHEA KROM LOSS COMMEMORATION IN PHNOM PENH ON JUNE 04, B.E.2559 A.D.2015
June 4, 2015 is the 66th Anniversary of Kampuchea Krom Loss (June 4, 1949 – June 4, 2015) of the day the French colonialists transferred Kampuchea Krom, land size 68,965 square kilometers (equivalent 26,628 square miles), to colonial Vietnam to continue colonizing to the present time and it is the day that the Khmers suffered the most in our history.To remember this historic great loss and to pay our gratitude (honor) to our heroic Buddhist monks and heroes, who sacrificed their lives in this noble cause of defending the Khmer race to this present day, the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Community has observed (marked) June 4th annually as the Saddest Day of Khmer Nation and organizing a Memorial Service by inviting 1,949 Buddhist monks to pray, chant, and emanate the merits to honor the fallen Buddhist monks, heroes, and compatriots, who defended the Nation, Religion and Kampuchea Krom with their lives fearlessly.
This year, like any other years, the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Community in Kingdom of Cambodia and abroad have unanimously decided to observe the 66th Annual Memorial Service by holding the ceremony in Phnom Penh with the eminent presence of 1,949 Buddhist Monks and anticipating thousand people to attend. Organizing expenses from previous years come from our members, compatriots, donors, and especially the members, compatriots and donors from abroad. With your generous contributions, this event becomes successful and visible annually.
As Organizing Committee Chair, I wish to appeal to members of the Khmer Kampuchea Krom Community and our compatriots to make your charitable contributions to help cover the cost of holding the historic event like years past.
This appeal is also a request for your honor presence to the venerable Buddhist monks, members, compatriots, and the public.
Your attendance and contributions will help serve the interest of the Khmer people and motherland Kampuchea Krom by honoring and paying our gratitude to the heroic Buddhist monks and heroes.
