៥.បាចិត្តិយៈ អានថា ប៉ាចិត-តិ យ៉ៈ ជាឈ្មោះអាបត្តិពួកមួយ ជាទោសសម្រាប់ភិក្ខុឬភិក្ខុនីក្នុងព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនា ញ៉ាំងកុសលឱ្យធ្លាក់ចុះ កាលណាប្រព្រឹត្តខុសហើយ កុសលធម៌ដទៃៗ មិនរីកចម្រើនទេ ។
៦.បាដិទេសនីយៈ អាបត្តិដែលភិក្ខុ (ភិក្ខុនី) គប្បីសម្តែងចេញចំពោះហេតុការណ៍ ឬគប្បីសម្តែងដោយវិធីប្លែកអំពីអាបត្តិដទៃ ។
៧.ទុក្កដ អានថា ទុក-កត់ អំពើអាក្រក់, បាប ជាឈ្មោះអាបត្តិពួកមួយ ជាទោសសម្រាប់ភិក្ខុឬភិក្ខុនីក្នុងព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនា ។ ឧទាហរណ៍ថា ភិក្ខុទុកសក់ មិនកោរឲ្យយូរជាង ២ ខែ ឬ ទុកឲ្យដុះវែងជាង ២ ធ្នាប់ ទទឹងម្រាមដៃ ត្រូវអាបត្តិទុក្កដ ឬ ត្រូវទុក្កដាបត្តិ គឺរាប់តាមសរសៃសក់ ។
៨.ទុព្ភាសិត អានថា ទុប-ភាសិត សំដីអាក្រក់, ពាក្យគំរោះគំរើយ គឺកុំគប្បីពោលនូវទុព្ភាសិត; កុំថាឡើយដល់មនុស្ស សូម្បីតែតិរច្ឆានក៏រមែងមិនគាប់ចិត្តចំពោះទុព្ភាសិតដែរ ។ ឈ្មោះអាបត្តិពួកមួយ ជាទោសសម្រាប់បព្វជិតក្នុងព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនា គឺអាបត្តិទុព្ភាសិត ឬ ទុព្ភាសិតាបត្តិ ។
អាបត្តិទាំងអស់មានតែ៧កងតែប៉ុណ្ណោះ តែក្នុងទីនេះគឺខ្ញុំរាប់៨ទាំងនិស្សគ្គិយ មួយទៀត! និស្សគ្គិយបាចិត្តិយ គឺខុសប្លែកគ្នាតែបន្ដិចប៉ុណ្ណោះត្រង់ថាបាចិត្តិយកាលណាដែលភិក្ខុប្រព្រឹត្តកន្លងហើយលោកអាចេញចាកអាបត្តិបានដោយទេសនាគាមិនី (ការសម្ដែងអាបត្តិ) បានភ្លាម តែសម្រាប់និស្សគ្គិយបាចិត្តិយ គឺបើភិក្ខុធ្វើខុសនិងបញ្ញត្តិណាមួយហើយមិនអាចសម្ដែងអាបត្តិដាច់បានភ្លាមៗទេ ទាល់តែភិក្ខុនោះលះបង់វត្ថុដែលនាំឱ្យត្រូវអាបត្តិហើយទើបអាចសម្ដែងអាបត្តិដាច់បាន។

Saṃghādisesa: A grave offense requiring formal meeting of the monastic community for resolution.

Pacittiya: An offense requiring confession to another monk or nun.
Pāṭidesanīya: An offense that must be confessed.
Dukkaṭa: An offense of wrong doing.
Dubbhāsita: An offense of wrong speech.
Some sources also include Nissaggiya Pacittiya, which involves forfeiting something gained improperly. Additionally, there are Aniyata offenses, where the severity is not immediately clear, and the appropriate penalty is determined based on the circumstances.

Remind ourselves every day: No killing, no stealing, no sexual misconduct, no lying , no intoxicants
Sāmaṇera Ananda talks about the 5 Precepts, Kammapatha, and Samādhi (Meditation). We should remind ourselves every day not to kill, not to steal, not to commit sexual misconduct, not to lie, not to take intoxicants.
Lying is very common in today’s world. People lie left and right, they are frequently untruthful. We need to prevent ourselves from telling any sort of lies, whether white lies or deep lies. Lying can erode trust, can cost conflict in relationships, friendships, etc. Lying can come back to harm us. White lies can be harmful and can lead to deeper harsher lies and may eventually backfire us in the near or far future.
